Shae's First Haircut

IT HAD TO BE DONE.

This is what I keep telling myself.

Her head was covered in bald patches from being rubbed off on the floor. There were also several patches of hair that were five times longer than the rest of her hair. So, like I said before, it had to be done.

I may or may not have cried. I was even feeling a bit queazy.

I miss that red hair. Luckily, I kept a good chunk of it to remind me of how beautifully it will grow back.

Shae didn't mind it at all.

Here is my bald baby... Luckily, she's still as cute as ever.

We'll probably be keeping a bow on her for the next few weeks ;)

Annie watched the whole thing wondering how we could do such a thing. After much explaining about how the hair will all grow back and that Annie should NEVER do this to her hair, she understood and is happy with the end result.
