Ten Months

I am having a hard time believing it has already been ten months.

This boy is taking steps along furniture, constantly babbling and squealing, eating all kinds of foods, exploring every nook and cranny, climbing up the stairs, pulling down the toilet paper, and always wanting his daddy.

He also has this weird obsession with his tongue. If you step outside, the tongue comes out and doesn't go back in until you are back inside. I laugh every time.

GAH! I love everything about him.

Halloween

Introducing...

Merida from the movie BRAVE!

Naturally.

Yes, I made this costume (everything but the pants and shoes), and yes, Nathan was horrified that he was wearing a tunic.

And lastly... Our WITCH!

That tutu was a fun one to make... sparkles everywhere for days...

Totally worth it.

The group picture was a total bust. Too windy for Annie's hat, too cold for Grant, and Shae... well Shae was just being Shae.

Love these three.

 We went to the Evergreen Heights Fall Festival and trick or treating to celebrate this year.

The girls have buckets full of candy. Grant enjoyed riding on top of Daddy's shoulders and showering him with slobber from his tongue. Evidently, the wind was much too stimulating.

Our Last Minute Visit

Recently, the de la Houssayes moved to Texas! They decided to take a detour and visit home one last time before the big move. We couldn't pass up this opportunity to see them! So the kids and I drove over and played with them for a few days. We had a blast!

 This guy loved the swing so much, he fell asleep in it :)

 One of the biggest reasons we went is to FINALLY meet little Brian! He is so snuggly and cute!

 My talented sister, took care of the girls' hair! Loved having it out of their faces! Thanks Meg!

Trampoline Tricks...

 I have to say... Shae's tricks were pretty sweet. 

 I'm so glad they were able to squeeze in some much needed cousin/sister time!

The de la Houssayes left on Saturday morning, my kids spent the rest of the day outside... with me following them around with the camera. Surprise, surprise :)

They all just so happened to be coordinating! I couldn't resist.

We drove home on a Sunday afternoon.

The kids slept four out of the five hours.

It was awesome.
