This weekend we had a visit from the Cope's. It was fun to catch up and spend some time with them. In the picture below, Annie is posing on Valentine's Day with a few gifts she received from her Grandparents.

On Valentine's Day evening, Nathan, Annie and I had the apartment to ourselves :) Nathan made an INCREDIBLE dinner consisting of stake, baked potatoes, salad, and sparkling apple cider. Then I made some red, velvet cake for dessert. We had a nice quiet night watching the Olympics and spending some much needed time together.
