Celebrating Our Independence!

This weekend my family came down to visit us for the holiday! This included, Grandpa, Grandma, Bart, Megan, Brian, Shaun, Carmen, and Brexton.
While all of the boys went camping and fishing, the girls spent the day at the park.
Annie also rode the carousal for the first time and LOVED it. Unfortunately, she has really bad allergies so it looks like she was crying, when she was really having a blast!
The two grand-babies with their grandma :)
We also went to the splash park. Aunt Carmen was nice enough to get into her suit so that she could take the babies down the slide.
Once the boys returned home, we went to Idaho Falls for the Meleluca sponsored fireworks. They were AMAZING!
Grandparents and Grand-babies... It was pretty chilly in the evening, so we had to cover up their cute Fourth of July outfits. They still had fun!
I appreciate this day that we have to celebrate our independence. I am so grateful for all of the dedicated soldiers out risking their lives for this country. It is such a blessing to live in America!

Thanks for the 'hospitality'! We had such a fun time! The babies are growing up so fast. Love Nathan's hat! lol

Looks like such a fun 4th. Those babies are so stinkin' cute. So, do you give Annie anything for the allergies? My pediatrician said I could give Troy (or babies under 2, but over 1 year) half of the dose of children's Claritan. I think it's half a teaspoon. It seems to really work for him. But obviously, ask your pedi first too. Poor little baby!!

How fun! That's great you were able to spend some time with your side of the family too!
