18 Months

This guy is in nursery now and LOVES it. Hallelujah!!
This is the classic Grant smile. Little scrub :)
His sisters are in love with him. Poor guy is smothered all day long whether he likes it or not.
Grant loves golf clubs, sticks, balls, and giving hugs and kisses.
Wrestling and being tossed in the air are his favorites. He looks forward to Daddy coming home every day.
Grant will eat just about anything, as long as he can chew it with his two top and two bottom teeth. Still working on getting those other teeth in :)
Two naps a day are still a crucial part of his schedule. He loves to sleep!
Grant still isn't talking much... "Eh" and "Hi" are just about the only two words that come out of his mouth. He simply has no motivation to talk since his sisters are constantly at his beck and call!
Overall, Grant is just a sweet, funny, fearless boy. He is rough with his dad and gentle with me.
And the man behind the scenes... Grant loves his dad!
It still blows me away how much they look alike. Lucky little dude.
We love you Grant, more than you will ever know.

Our Fourth of July

We had a fun, simple, sweet day.
I am grateful for the freedoms we have and even more grateful for those who risk their lives protecting this beautiful country!
We started our day with the Liberty Lake parade. It was perfect!
It's always a party when James comes along!
Love this handsome guy of mine.
Grant kept running out in the middle of the road... that boy has no fear.
The entire parade consisted of decorated golf carts, bikes, and scooters. Notice the never ending line of carts?
These guys were the one exception to the golf carts... they were hilarious.
The kids were given so much candy! Even Grant did his part to fill up the bag.
 The never-ending golf carts...
After the parade, we drove over to the Turner's for a barbecue. It was delicious.
Then we came home and relaxed. The sun had worn us out!
Later that night, we watched the Liberty Lake fireworks.
It was a great day!

While Annie's Away...

The little ones will play.
We stayed at my parents' home for two weeks while we waited for our house to close. The first week we were there, Annie was still in school.
Shae and Grant played outside and ate a plethora of popsicles while she was gone.

Grandpa and Grandma's backyard is heavenly!

Boating in June

We have been busy moving into our new home, so I am playing catch up... These pictures were taken during the first week of June.
I can't believe how warm the water was this early in the year!
We can't get enough of it. I am grateful we live near so many beautiful lakes!
I asked him to pose... this is what I got :)
Nate was tearing it up on the slalom ski!
Cutest little flag boy I ever did see.
Yep, that's my mom! Rockin' the slalom ski too!
I love Grant's little, floppy ear in this picture... He loves his daddy.
Thanks Dad and Mom for taking us out! Always a fun time.
