Our Newest Sunbeam

Shae's second week of Sunbeams was yesterday! She loves it.
Shae is definitely a sunbeam in our home. I am grateful for her spunky, fun, and ever changing personality!
Love you Shae Shae.

Grant Turned ONE!

I am still in shock.
This year has flown by faster than any other year.
I feel like he should still be a newborn, but look how big this kid is!!
I cannot get enough of him! He makes me so happy.

He woke up in the morning to balloons and birthday signs. Even though he had no idea what was going on, he was still a happy little guy.
That evening we threw a small party for him.
Once again, he had no idea what was going on, but he seemed to like the company :)
Grandpa, Grandma, Aunt Carmen, Uncle Duane, and the Neal Family came to his birthday bash.
He was unsure about his cake.
Then daddy introduced him to a spoon and he went to town.

Then we opened presents! Side note, the Neals came into town for the weekend! It was so much fun catching up with them!!
 It was a great day.
Grant is still a wobbly walker. He likes to swipe, eat, laugh, and attack.
I love having a boy, especially one as sweet as our Grant.
Happy Birthday Buddy!

Cabin Life

The next few days after Christmas, we skied.
It was glorious.
Cutest little skiers around...

Christmas!

We spent Christmas at Grandpa and Grandma's house.
There was a Christmas Eve party where we ate some delicious food, had a white elephant exchange, and reenacted the nativity scene. Grant was a the cutest Joseph around.
The kids opened up some new jammies on Christmas Eve then slept together in a room with their Auntie Carmen.
Christmas morning was awesome. The kids were spoiled.
We spent the day playing games, reading books, and playing with the plethora of new toys.
Thank you Neals for the cute hats!!
Enthralled with his new sweater...
Daddy nailed it with the electric pencil sharpener.
Christmas evening we headed back to the cabin to do a little more skiing.
