Friday Adventures with Visitors

Grammy, James, and Hannah came into town for a quick visit. On Friday, we headed to the Zoo and were blessed with some beautiful sunshine!

Unfortunately, Nathan had to work, but met up with us later.

Shae's favorite was the tank filled with Nemo characters... Go figure.

 Annie favorite was the walruses...

 This little white fox was definitely posing for the camera :) 

 Shae loves her Uncle James. "He is kooper killy".

 And of coarse, we finished the visit off with a ride on the carousal. The girls were in heaven... Looks like James was too ;)

 Next, we met up with Nathan and headed to the beach!

 Grant loves his daddy. I do too :)

If you look carefully, you can spot a rainbow behind us! The perfect addition to our day.

We stayed up way too late playing games, laughing, and catching up.

Thanks for the visit fam! Miss you all.

Tummy Time

It is impossible for me to narrow down the pictures of Grant that I post.

He makes me melt.

 He concentrates so hard on his hands. Adorable.

 Love that old man hair line... it's time for a haircut!

Taking Off the Training Wheels

About a week ago, Carol Ann and Rod sent us home with a few used bikes for Annie and Shae. 

The next day we spent an evening teaching Annie how to ride a two-wheeler.

She picked it up pretty quickly, thanks to her balance bike she had been riding for a few years. 

 There she goes! So proud of my girl.

Yes, she is wearing her ski helmet. We improvised :)

 In the meantime, Grant hung out in the stroller :)

Next step... the HIAWATHA!
