Father's Day

To My Love,
 Happy Father's Day!
I am more and more in love with you every day.
Thank you for being an example to me. I am constantly learning from you.
I love how much the girls adore you and how they look forward to seeing you every day.
You are definitely the most caring and compatible spouse. Thank you for being so patient and understanding with me.
I'd be lost without you.
I also want to give a shout - out to my own father. Love you Dad! Thank you for always putting the Gospel and your family first. Your example has changed me for the better.

Happy Birthday Meredith!

Last night we met up with the Wrays', at Chili's, to celebrate Meredith's birthday!
Oh my gosh, it was delicious and SO nice to catch up with them.
After dinner, we split up. Us girls, made our way over to Ross and TJ maxx, while the boys bonded at Sportsman's and Best Buy. It was great.
Thanks Wrays' for the invite! We're going to miss you guys!!

Staying Busy

The Buie's moved to Utah today... In order to hold back our tears, we kept ourselves busy!
Once the girls woke up from naps, we made our way over to Porter Park to ride the carousel and play at the spray park.

Shae sat on her horse for about 30 seconds, then decided they were a bit too intimidating for her.
A smaller horse and an arm around daddy's back made the ride much more manageable.
Annie enjoyed every minute of it.
Shae wanted nothing to do with the slides, so she stayed close to the fountains.
Annie has always been my little fish. Water does not scare her. She embraces it.

Ward Campout

It's that time of year again!
Friday afternoon we headed to Green Canyon for our ward campout.
We have an awesome ward with so many incredible friends.
James and Shae hit it off...
Annie enjoyed digging through the stash of candy. Hot Tamales... great appetizer before dinner, right?
Nathan helped Bishop's brother-in-law cook the chicken. They turn it every minute for an hour.
Holy Cow... it was delicious. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
It rained almost all evening and night. So, we had some spare time to play together in the tent. The girls LOVE the tent.
We're always up for a good silly face. Well, all of us except for Shae... evidently, she's the only normal one in the family.
The girls were up at the crack of dawn! 5:30 to be exact... They went out to start a fire with daddy.
Relaxing by the blazes... Shae was mesmerized.
I love those little red lips and rosy cheeks.
Eating some breakfast with Bishop George. We love him.
 It was a beautiful morning!
There is something special about being outside in nature for a few days. I love it.
Here's to more camping this summer! Can't wait!

Bill Cosby

That's right ... Bill Cosby came to BYU-Idaho! Rexburg ... who would have thought.

The show was great and Bill was hilarious. It was a perfect date night.
I was disappointed that we didn't get a picture together while we were there, so Nathan posed for a few with me when we got home. He must really love me...
While we were at the show, Emily was nice enough to come over and hang out with the girls. Annie was thrilled because Emily usually brings a few of her classroom books with her. Once Emily knocked on the door, Annie immediately jumped up and proceeded to do "high knees" as she raced to the door. They enjoyed themselves.
Thank You, Emily!

We're always up for a good party...

Carter turned 2 and had a water party. We enjoyed ourselves.
There were water balloons, squirt guns, buckets of water, a pool, sprinklers, you name it - it was there!
Ha! Love this shot...
Jack Man
 Carter - the birthday boy!
The kids took the cake outside to finish it off.
Avie took digging into the cake VERY seriously.
Sweet Bentley
Shae spent a good chunk of her time eating the ice out of the cooler... I know, so sanitary.
 Enjoying their cupcakes...
Annie, taking the sprinkler head on.
If Shae wasn't digging through the ice cooler, she was eating cheetos. Goes along well with her runny nose, doesn't it?
 We had fun.
Happy Birthday Carter!

Girls Night!

Last night I had the pleasure of hanging out with these lovely ladies - Gena and Alyssa.
Dinner and a movie... we felt like kids again.
We were STUFFED TO THE BRIM. Sooo worth it though :)
Gena is moving in about a week and then me soon after. So, this was probably our last girls night together.
I'm going to miss them!
Love you both!
