Nathan helped Annie make these necklaces yesterday. There is even a bracelet to match! She is quite proud :)

Boise Family FUN!

Last weekend, we drove to Boise to meet up with my family for Shaun's football game. Shaun and his team dominated! Unfortunately, towards the end of the game, Shaun took a bad hit to the knee. Luckily, he's doing better now. We're so proud of you, Shaun!

We spent Saturday hanging out at my grandparent's house. Annie loved being pulled in the wagon!

Annie also spent quite a bit of time with her Great Grandpa Hill.

Annie's favorite activity was feeding the cows with Grandma!

Saturday night, we went to our first Boise State game! Special thanks to my mom for watching Annie :)

We had so much fun!!

Boise won (of coarse) 57 to 14.

It was so nice to meet up with family and create some memories! It went by too fast.

I love how their little minds work.

Annie has never taken a bottle. In fact, she has never really been around them. Yet, she picked up on this and knows how to "feed" her baby. I thought it was so sweet watching her.

I have had no nap today, tons to do, and feeling some pain... I feel blessed to have little things like this to keep me going through the day. Not sure what I'd do without my Annie!

Idaho Falls Zoo

Nathan had the day off work today, so we decided to FINALLY take Annie to the zoo! She LOVED all of the animals. Her favorites were probably the monkeys and the ducks.

She was not quite sure about this...

Perfect!

There is not a better word that could be used to explain our day yesterday. We started our morning by driving over to the Teton Valley area to take a hike up to the Darby Wind Cave. It is a three mile hike to get to the canyon with an 1800 foot elevation gain. Annie enjoyed riding on her dad's back as she gathered sticks and flowers from the side of the trail.

I think we were about three-fourths of the way there at this point. If you look in the background of the picture (upper left), you can see the wind cave that we were hiking to. Annie was alert and awake for the whole hike up. She kept us moving by talking to us and singing her repetitive songs :)

After several switch-backs and steep climbs, we made it!

It is such an exhilarating feeling when you make it to the top.

There was also a beautiful waterfall that sits right below the cave.

We stayed at the top for a while to take in our surroundings and have a quick snack. Then we made our way down. It only took us about an hour to hike the three miles back down to the bottom and Annie slept the whole way. After we made it to the car, we drove over to Victor to get some delicious huckleberry malts for the ride home. Such a great day!
